The Star Tribune has written a front page article describing a federal case alleging a conspiracy to fabricate evidence of abuse against parents. In these cases the State's doctors fabricated evidence against parents, hid evidence that the children had other medical conditions that caused the injuries, and used their power to obstruct second opinions.
