I am proud to have been quoted in these ProPublica pieces by Jessica Lussenhop and shot by Sarahbeth Maney. Despite being thousands of words of diligent reporting, these pieces just scratch the surface of what we've alleged is a conspiracy and racket to intimidate witnesses, tamper with evidence, and lie to the Court.
To summarize, what happened in the Ramirez case is Dr. Nancy Harper, County Attorney Therese Price, and Social Worker Jacob Christenson conspired with others to knowingly violate the Court's order, take this baby from his parents based on fraud, place him with a colleague instead of where he was ordered to be placed, and then lie to the Court and deleted records to cover it up. Which is to say, they lied to the Court and destroyed records to take a baby from his parents and place him with their work buddy. In the referenced video (linked at end) you see Dr. Harper arguing for less diagnostics in child abuse cases. You see Dr. Gupta saying that the medical team needs to be "completely aligned". You see Dr. George directly stating that discussions about differing medical opinions need to be "off stage". In other materials hospital management spoke about making things easier for police and being concerned what files parent attorneys would get their hands on. I've also linked a snippet of the medical documents which show Dr. Harper deleting medical records after Judge Ede ordered them turned over. https://rockpinelaw-my.sharepoint.com/:f:/p/scotty/EvlOZt5bu_tEsT_GZRLGpMsB87I_OzxuWHiznctPnAEWAQ?e=FOmPqX Jessica's pieces go on examine several other families (some clients) who have faced false and sometimes fraudulent allegations of abuse.
