A Third Federal Suit Accuses Dr. Nancy Harper and the UofM Fairview of False Child Abuse Allegations

Dr. Bazak Sharon has filed a lawsuit accusing Dr. Nancy Harper of silencing Doctors at UofM Fairview who find evidence of non-abuse causes of infant illnesses. The Defendants in the case repeatedly pressured Dr. Sharon to keep true and exculpatory facts out of the babies charts. The falsified evidence put the babies at risk of losing their parents and not getting the medical treatment they needed. The complaint outlines the funding mechanisms that incentivize false abuse cases. The defendants put their pursuit of ill gotten government, grant, and patient payments over the welfare of the children in their care. In order to keep the scheme going they retaliated against Dr. Sharon when he blew the whistle. In a shocking video the Defendants admit that their motivation is to keep evidence out of the hands of attorneys and judges.

This suit joins two pending suits Rockpine is supporting where Dr. Nancy Harper is accused of fraudulently creating and destroying evidence to support false abuse claims.
